Customer Account Management

As part of its service, Double Trump provides its users, and its partners’ users with aan account management portal. This portal allows user to remain up to date on the status of their account, as well as receive up-to-date information about their account balance, activity, invoices and billing information.

Usage information – users may review all the applications that they have used, and monitor their progress towards achieving a full-license for any application. With a simple graphic interface users can get an immediate feedback on how far they progressed and how much did they spent on every individual application.

Billing information – detailed account billing information provides users with the comfort they need to know that they are only charged for actual usage. Users can review all credits and debits in their account with detailed information about usage, billing rate, date of use and total charges.

Account Balance – each user may check her stored-value-account balance at any time, moreover, users may review all of the charges made to their account as well as the invoices issued for these charges.
